Warehouse Attendant

Position Summary: The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for managing the inventory and maintaining the warehouse in an organized manner to ensure efficient operations. This role involves physical labor and requires the ability to lift heavy items. Work Environment: The work environment in our machine shop is temperature-controlled for comfort, providing both air conditioning and heating throughout the 36,000 sq. ft. facility. Noise levels may vary depending on the machines in operation, requiring all employees to use personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed. We maintain a clean and safe environment to support productivity and employee well-being. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employees are occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds is required, with occasional lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds individually, and up to 200 pounds with a group. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
